A bartender's income comes from both an hourly wage and tips. Even though they earn an hourly wage, most of their cash comes from tips. The best way to make the most money from bartending is to land a job in a great location.

It's very possible for a bartender to earn up to $200 to $400 dollars a shift. And it doesn't stop there. They can even earn up to $600 dollars a night. This all depends on the venue in which they are tending bar.

That is not a bad amount of cash for one nights work. Simply put, a bartender's salary varies depending on a number of factors. How skilled they are as a bartender, the amount of customer service they provide, how likable they are, and of course where they are bartending.

Sadly, determine a bartender's salary can be difficult. It really depends on where they are working and their skill as a bartender. In reality the sky is the limit on how much they can earn.
